PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service management system, service management method, and service management program that efficiently manage a service of providing a vocal sound adjustment content produced using a matrix sound source.SOLUTION: A control unit 21 of a management server 20 identifies a vocal range of an artist in a matrix file recorded in a matrix memory unit 22, and produces a vocal mask file for use in adjusting a volume in the vocal range. Further, the control unit produces a synchronous caption file having a caption synchronized with vocal. A sing-alone (karaoke) file including the vocal mask file and synchronous caption file is provided for a user terminal 40. The number of times of reproduction is recorded in a reproduction result memory unit 25. Based on a capital stored in a capital memory unit 26 and the number of times of reproduction recorded in the reproduction result memory unit 25, a dividend to be allocated to the artist is calculated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
