PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice-making machine that enables plate ice to be efficiently crushed, prevents stagnation of crushed small ice blocks and improves discharge efficiency of the small ice blocks.SOLUTION: An ice-making machine 10 includes: an ice-making plate 22 for making plate ice I; a slope 24 located below the ice-making plate 22 to guide obliquely downwards the plate ice I dropping from the ice-making plate 22; a chute 28 communicated with the slope 24 to guide ice to an ice storage 12 disposed on the lower side; and a crusher 30 disposed in an ice passage 48 to crush the plate ice I into a large number of ice blocks. The crusher 30 includes: a rotary blade 32 pivotally supported rotatably facing the ice passage 48 and extending laterally; and a fixed blade 40 fixed at a position immediately below the rotary blade 32 and extending laterally in parallel with the rotary blade 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
