摘要

PURPOSE:To simplify a molding tool and improve productivity by shortening the molding cycle of the product. CONSTITUTION:A molded body 70 in the first stage molded by the first injection is moved together with a male mold 30 in the direction indicated by an arrow Lb by a distance Gb, and simultaneously a movable female mold 14b constituting a part of the male mold is moved in the same direction by the distance Gb by means of a coil spring 29. A second injection material is put in a space 72 formed between the male mold 30 and the female mold consisting of a movable female mold 14b and a fixed female mold 14A to mold a molded body in the second stage in the molding method. Even a product of original and sophisticated design can be molded without the restriction of productivity and cost thereof by said arrangement.
