<p>The assembly providing a number of burial graves is of the type for family sepulchres, crypts etc., with individual coffin chambers separated by partition walls, and arranged side by side in vertical rows within an interior surrounded by external walls. The individual chambers (1-4) in a row of such chambers one above the other are approachable by means of a single access opening covered by a slab (9) which can be lifted off at the top. There may be two rows of pairs of superimposed chambers set immediately adjacent to each other and separated only by the partition wall (7). There may be an earth-filled chamber (6) above the top coffin chamber in each row.</p> |
