<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor film which is excellent in uniformity of a film thickness and film quality etc. and exhibits a high mobility, its manufacturing method, a material for manufacturing the organic semiconductor film through a wet process, and an organic semiconductor element having a good electronic characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: A mixture of pentacene, cyclic polyolefin, and 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene is heated to prepare a uniform solution. A silicon substrate on which a pattern of gold electrodes as source and drain electrode is heated at 140°C, and the solution of the pentacene is expanded on its surface. The 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene evaporates, thereby, a film of pentacene-cyclic polyolefin is formed, and a transistor is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
