摘要 A light emitting diode is provided to reduce damage by forming a thickness of an anode electrode equally in all R, G, B pixels. A light emitting diode includes a partition(209), a glass substrate(201), a transparent reflection layer(203), an optical compensation dielectric layer(205), a transparent anode electrode(207), and a cathode electrode(219). The partition(209) distinguishes between each sub pixel. The transparent reflection layer(203) is formed on the glass substrate(201). The optical compensation dielectric layer(205) is formed at an upper part of the transparent reflection layer(203) with different thicknesses for each R, G, B pixel. The transparent anode electrode(207) is formed at an upper part of the optical compensation dielectric layer(205). A hole transport/injection layer(211), light emitting layers(213,214,215), and an electron transport layer(217) are formed sequentially on the transparent anode electrode(207). The cathode electrode(219) is formed at an upper part of the electron transport layer(217).
