Disk-shaped blank is installed by bottom butt on form and top part of disk-shaped blank is located lower the inductor. Displacement inside the blank inductor coil is implemented at a rate providing synchronous with rate of travel formation of planar melt front, till the penetration moment of disk-shaped blank. Molten side surface of disk-shaped blank is kept in suspension state ensured by inductor electromagnetic control. ^ EFFECT: it is achieved improvement of manufactured products and reduction of power inputs per manufacturing cycle. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg
