The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pomegranate extract and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a pomegranate extract to easily and simply produce a pomegranate extract having various medicinal actions using organic pomegranates, and to provide a high quality pomegranate extract. The present invention comprises: a pomegranate preparing step of sorting harvested pomegranates and washing the same 3 to 4 times to remove foreign substances; a separation step of separating pomegranate kernels of which the seeds are encased in the flesh and peels; a storage step of mixing the pomegranate kernels and sugar and keeping the same in a freezer; a flesh separating step of thawing the pomegranate kernels mixed with sugar, which have been frozen, and separating the flesh from the seeds; a sterilization step of sterilizing the pomegranate extract obtained by the flesh separating step at 80-95°C for 3-5 minutes; and a packaging step of packaging the sterilized pomegranate extract. |
