摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a temperature measuring device suitable for measuring the temperature distribution in uniaxial direction. SOLUTION: This temperature measuring device includes: a protective pipe 35, both ends of which are opened; a wire 37 inserted through the inside of the protective pipe 35; a thermo couple 39 fitted to the wire 37; a temperature measuring unit 41 connected to the thermo couple 39 and outputting a detected temperature; reels 43, 45 for getting the wire 37 in and out; a displacement meter 47 for detecting the in and out amount of wire 37; and a burning zone position detecting device 49 for detecting the position of the thermo couple 39 in the furnace height direction of the protective pipe 35 based on the in and out amount of wire 37, wherein the measuring position is freely adjustable by controlling the in and out amount of wire 37 so that the temperature distribution in uniaxial direction is measured with good accuracy.
