PURPOSE:To provide a printer which can output an output font like a real handwriting font when the handwriting character font is employed by giving variance to the size of characters to be outputted, character intervals, etc., character by character. CONSTITUTION:A document which is inputted from a keyboard 3 or a document which is taken out of an external storage device 4 is stored in the document buffer 24 of a main memory 2. When the document is printed out, a CPU 1 stores character size, inputted on the keyboard 3 by format setting, in a character size area 21 and then calculates and stores a value, generated by varying the character size according to a generated random number value, in an argument area 23 when taking one character out of the document buffer 24 and sending it to the printer 6. Then the character size in the argument area 23 which has a random value is supplied to one print parameter to the printer 6. Consequently, the printer 6 prints out and outputs the document on a form so that its characters are different in size, one by one, like handwritten characters. |
