The arrangement has a mobile computer tomography device (2) utilizing a key technology for timely treating stroke patients, where the tomography device is arranged at an ambulance. Computer tomograms are implemented by the tomography device and forwarded to a radiological diagnosis station (18) via a computer (8), a connectivity device (12) and a network (14), where computer tomograms are in the form of image data. A diagnosis result and/or measurement are provided for therapy, and corresponding transmitted data is transferred back to the ambulance via the connectivity device and the network.
