This device is designed for starting of internal combustion engine (two cycle engine) without wet-type lubrication. A pair of sheaves(6A, 6B) are set on the end of crankshaft(3), and the sheave(6A) is fixed on the crankshaft(3) with spline(3A), and the sheave(6B) is slidable along the crankshaft(3). The gears(19,20) are operated by start motor(26), and are detached from the crankshaft(3).
