Each part(3-5) of the outer skin is rigidly fixed at one end (6-8) whilst the corresponding other end(9-11) is movable. The freely movable end of one part is overlapped by a corresponding movable end of another part while the other end of the overlapping part is rigidly fixed to establish a predetermined gap width(12,13). The overlapping part is a strip(14-16).
