NRD GUIDE GUNN OSCILLATOR AND FREQUENCY STABILIZATION METHOD BY USING CERAMIC RESONATOR

PURPOSE: An NRD(Non-Radiative Dielectric) gunn oscillator and a frequency stabilization method by using a ceramic resonator are provided to prevent the deviation of a strip resonator due to an external impact or a vibration by connecting a rear teflon path to the rear of the NRD guide gunn oscillator. CONSTITUTION: A strip resonator(5) is coupled to a side of a gunn diode mount oscillating device(7). A mode spreader(4) and an NRD guide path(3b) are coupled to the front of the strip resonator(5). A rear teflon path(6) of λ/x is coupled to the rear of the strip resonator(5). A reflective-type cylindrical ceramic resonator(8b) is provided to the rear of the teflon path(6) of the λ/x. A frequency oscillated by a gunn diode(9) is resonated by the strip resonator(5).
