PURPOSE:To reduce the increased working burden of an operator with the manual input when the registering treatment is interrupted by an automatic transaction device and to shorten the processing time together with no input mistake. CONSTITUTION:If a fault occurs to disable the register processing while a transaction is carried out with use of a bankbook, an automatic transaction device informs the relevant customer of the occurrence of the fault and a fact that the bankbook is processed at a window. Then the automatic transaction device sends the registered data on the transaction and the account number received from a host device to an operator terminal equipment 3 set at the window. The equipment 3 receives the data and notifies an operator of the start of the interrupted restoration of the registered data and also displays the received data at a CRT part 6. Thus the operator inputs the unregistered head line and the printing start line of the bankbook to the equipment 3 based on the result of collation carried out between the displayed data and the data printed on the bankbook. Then all registered data following the designated line number are printed on the bankbook. |
