The outputs from the generators is applied to pulse shapers, e.g. Schmitt triggers and the outputs from these is applied to the horizontal deflection circuit of a C.R.T. The multivibrators each comprise a pair of transistors Q 1 , Q 2 and an adjustable capacitance C 1 .
