PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type makeup cosmetic giving refreshing and smooth feeling in use and affording uniform makeup film with natural rest feeling and masking tendency. SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type makeup cosmetic is such that the inner oily phase contains (A) a partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane polymer and (B) powder and the outer oily phase contains (C) another kind of powder. In this cosmetic, the compounding amounts of the components A, B and C are 1-10 mass%, 5-30 mass% and 1-15 mass%, respectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
