PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a household electrical appliance for detecting abnormality in a disaster in a house, and for prompting appropriate evacuation to a user.SOLUTION: A household electrical appliance 1 includes: an abnormality detection part 17 for generating abnormality detection information by detecting abnormality in a disaster; a control part 11 for receiving the abnormality detection information; an image display part 13; a voice output part 14; and a storage part 15. Image data for evacuation for prompting evacuation and voice data for evacuation for prompting evacuation are preliminarily stored in the storage part 15.
