PURPOSE:To realize the document circulation in combination with document circulation and multiple address communication and the smooth document circula tion in which the circulation state is grasped and its validity is managed. CONSTITUTION:This system is a system comprising a server 10 managing documents and their distribution form and terminal equipments 20 (20A-20N) connected to the server via a network, and the server 10 has a distribution form entry menu of a table form in which the designation of the distribution mode in combination with document circulation and multiple address communication is attained. When a distribution party of a document inputs document to be sent and a distribution form such as a circulation destination and a circulation order to a distribution destination table 17-23 of the server, the server sends the document to a terminal equipment of the designated circulation destination. Each circulation destination sends any response such as a reply to a received document. The server 10 receives the reply and sends the document to a succeeding circulation destination, then the document circulation is realized and the circulation state is managed. Furthermore, a validity is set to each circulation destination and a circulation destination not replied within the validity is urged.
