<p>PURPOSE: To reduce average delay time by establishing a channel by a channel establishment part when first to third conditions are satisfied, and subtracting back inter-link delay time from a minimum transmission interval before a message is transmitted and transmitting the message by a transmission part. CONSTITUTION: The channel establishment part establishes the channel when the first condition that inter-link delay time obtained by adding up inter-link delay time by an inter-link delay time calculation part 11a is more than setting time, the second condition that the total of delay time is less than inter-terminal machine delay time between a transmission terminal machine 11 and a reception terminal machine 21, which is previously set, and the third condition that the minimum transmission intervals of respective links are longer than inter-link delay time for the respective links are satisfied. The transmission intervals of the transmission terminal machine 11 and exchanges 31-1 to 31-5 are obtained by subtracting link delay time from the minimum arrival interval of the message of a back node. Thus, time can be suppressed within inter-terminal machine delay time.</p> |
