PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting the transmission of information, which enables personal computer users to have an operational area for their personal computers and to get a support for the transmission of information between the outside using the personal computer at a quiet place. SOLUTION: A system provides an operation area 3 where a user can utilize a personal computer 14a, a telephone line connector 15a that can connects an Internet 4 to the personal computer 14a owned by the user in the operation area 3, and a power unit 21 that supplys electric power. The system also installs a coin card timer 16a that charges to the user based on the connection time to the Internet 4 and the power usage time, a quasi-exchange 13, and a supporting means 8a with an analogue router 12 in the operation area 3. Consequently, the system allows the personal computer user to connect the computer to the Internet 4 via a leased line 5 that are connected to the quasi-exchange 13, an analogue modem 11, and the analogue router 12. |
