The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for injection foaming molding. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an improved apparatus and method for injection foaming molding, which can address the loss of a runner and a gate that may occur in a conventional hot runner manner. To achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides an apparatus for injection foaming molding, which includes a temperature control means capable of controlling the temperature of an intermediate mold in a configuration including an upper mold, a lower mold, and the intermediate mold, thus controlling temperature of a runner and a gate in the intermediate mold to be a temperature lower than a crosslinking and foaming temperature of a resin, and a molding method using the same.
