The present invention relates to a connecting connector and a bottom electric heater, and more particularly, to a bottom electric heater for heating a bottom in which a heating line is installed and a connector for connecting the heating line. The connecting connector includes a connector housing including one end into which an electric line is inserted and an opposite end into which a heating line is inserted, wherein the connector housing includes a protrusion member which protrudes from a wall member which is positioned to make contact with a circumference of the heating line inserted into the opposite end of the connector housing, and a sensor containing space in which an over-temperature sensor is placed; a cable connecting terminal configured to connect the electric line inserted into the one end of the connector housing to the heating line inserted into the opposite end of the connector housing; and a sensor connecting terminal connected to an output line of the over-temperature sensor.
