The subject of the application is a road construction vehicle having a tipper body, which can be swivelled about at least one rear transverse axis, for receiving a bulk road construction material such as grit. At the rear end, a trough for the removal of the grit is arranged on the vehicle below a pouring-out opening of the tipper body. Such a road construction vehicle is to be improved in that, despite the possible inclination of the tipper body, the required supply of a binding agent and the assembly necessary for dispensing it can also be carried. This is achieved in that a frame which is mounted on the tipper body so as to be capable of swivelling about a transverse axis is arranged on the said tipper body, and a self-driven pump for a fluid binding agent such as bitumen and receptacle devices for the containers, such as barrels, which receive the binding agents are built onto the said frame. In this arrangement, a levelling device which keeps the frame in the tilted position of the tipper body, in a position which is parallel to the horizontal plane or to the plane on which the vehicle is standing, engages on the said frame.
