摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method of molding alloy powder for a rare earth sintered magnet capable of improving the magnetic properties of a rare earth sintered magnet and improving safety. SOLUTION: In the device, a gaseous mixture in an atmosphere control chamber 10 passes through a static mixer 33 provided at a gaseous mixture introduction tube 32c so as to be uniformized and homogenized, and is thereafter fed into the atmosphere control chamber 10. In a state where the concentration of oxygen in the atmosphere control chamber 10 is high, the concentration of oxygen is detected by a zirconia type sensor 24, and, in a state where the concentration of oxygen is low, the concentration of oxygen is detected by a galvanic type sensor 23. Based on the concentration of oxygen detected by the galvanic type sensor 23 and the zirconia type sensor 24, an oxygen concentration control part outputs a flow rate control command signal to a control valve 52 so as to become the concentration of oxygen set beforehand. In accordance with the flow rate control command signal from the oxygen concentration control part, the control valves 52a, 52b and 52c are opened and closed, respectively.
