PURPOSE: A ventilation system using a double pipe is provided to simplify piping work of a ceiling inside and to facilitate a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation system using the double pipe comprises a case(10) and a ventilating member(40). The case comprises an air supply connection part connected to a distribution duct, an exhaustion connection part connected to an exhaust duct, an inhalation flow path(26), a discharge flow path(27) and a supporting plate(15). The ventilating member is installed in the supporting plate of the case. A biaxial motor, a supply fan and an exhaust fan is included in the ventilating member. A first, second, third and fourth ventilation channels are inside the case. The first ventilation channel is located between the exhaust fan and the inhalation flow path. The second ventilation channel is located between the exhaust fan and the exhaustion connection part. The third ventilation channel is located between the supply fan and the air supply connection part. The fourth ventilation channel is located between the supply fan and the discharge flow path. The exhaustion connection part is inserted into the air supply connection part. A first guide groove is formed in an end of the air supply connection part. A second guide groove is formed in an end of the exhaustion connection part.
