摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic cryogenic energy-storing material hardly causing fine powder or the like even after a long-time continuous operation by incorporating the material into a refrigerator, easily heat-exchangeable with a working medium, and having a large specific heat. <P>SOLUTION: Granules of Gd<SB>2</SB>O<SB>2</SB>S is packed in a pipe of the Gd<SB>2</SB>O<SB>2</SB>S, and sintered. The granules are bound to each other, and the granules and the pipe are integrated by the shrinking power of the pipe at sintering.
