PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink housing pipe for a ball-point pen capable of developing the appearance color of ink by increasing the transparency of the ink housing pipe, and the ball-point pen. SOLUTION: Fine particles scattering light and a fluorescent brightener are added to a resin constituting the ink housing pipe for the ball-point pen to enable the transmission of light. The ball-point pen wherein the ink housing pipe filled with ink is attached to a holder is disclosed. |
