Novel compounds I and their salts in which n is 1-4 and B is an n-valent radical formed by removal of nH from the secondary amino group of an amine containing n secondary amino groups, the said amine being aliphatic saturated or unsaturated with straight or branched chains, alicyclic or heterocyclic with one or more N atoms; are prepared by reaction of B(CH 2 OC 2 H 5 ) n with p-hydroxyphenylbutazone. Pharmaceutical compositions, useful as antiinflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic agents when administered orally, rectally or percutaneously, comprise a compound I together with a suitable carrier and/or diluent.</p> |
