<p>PURPOSE:To certainly apply lining to a pipeline by drawing the lining material inserted in a reversing tube into the pipeline over the total length thereof and subsequently expanding the lining material to bring the same into contact with the inner surface of the pipeline under pressure through the double reversing tube and rigidifying the lining material. CONSTITUTION:A reversing tube 2 is advanced into a pipeline 1 while reversed and the lining material 3 inserted in the reversing tube 2 is also advanced into the pipeline 1 along with the reversing tube 2 to be inserted in the pipeline 1 over the entire length thereof. The fluid pressure in the reversing tube 2 is released and a pressure fluid is sent into the lining material 3 and the lining material 3 is expanded to be brought into contact with the inner surface of the pipeline 1 under pressure through the reversing tube 2 arranged on the outside of the lining material 3 in a double state. The lining material 3 is heated by a heated pressure fluid to cure a reaction curable resin soln. to rigidify the lining material 3. By this constitution, it is prevented that the lining material 3 is stretched to generate thickness irregularity or to be broken.</p> |
