<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized connector with less effect, over aging, with excellent insertion and connection property, capable of high density mounting. SOLUTION: An insulator 1 is made to hold a first and a second contacts 3, 4. The first contact has a first contact part 16 contacting the whole surface of a flexible board 30, and a first engaging part 18 located at opposite surface, facing the first contact part. The second contact has a second contact part 22 contacting the opposite surface of the flexible board, and a second engaging part 23 located near to the second contact part. A pressurizing member 2 is mounted on the insulator. The pressurizing member, located between the first engaging part and the second engaging part, has a cam part 26 engaging with those engaging parts. When the pressurizing member is operated, the first engaging part functions as a pressure receiving part receiving the pressure of the cam part, and the second engaging part is pressed by the cam part and press the second contact part against the flexible base board.</p> |
