The present invention relates to an endoscopic device capable of measuring a size of a lesion or an object by using depth estimation through infrared reflection light strength measurement and a lesion size measuring method using the same. The endoscopic device comprises: a visible light source lamp unit (110) installed in an end of a tube (101) of the endoscopic device (100); an infrared light source irradiation unit (120) installed in the end of the tube (101) of the endoscopic device (100); a depth camera unit (130) configured to receive visible light source information and infrared light source information; and a value statistic processing unit (140) configured to calculate depth information from infrared light strength of the infrared light source information. Therefore, the endoscopic device can accurately and easily measure a size of a lesion without respect to a skill level of an operator. |
