PURPOSE:To make the whole replacement of a new expensive transfer cylinder unnecessary, to reduce marking cost and to dispense with the complicated and cumbersome reclamation work of a transfer rubber part, by making it possible to replace only the rubber chip forming the transfer rubber part. CONSTITUTION:A transfer cylinder 9 has a rubber receiving plate 91 and a rubber stop plate 92 arranged in opposed relation to each other and, between the rubber receiving plate 91 and the rubber stop plate 92, rubber chips 93 for forming four transfer rubber parts to the outer peripheries of both plates 91, 92 at an equal interval are arranged, and the rubber receiving plate 91 and the rubber stop plate 92 are fixed by screws 94. The rubber receiving plate 91 has a large number of support pins 95 at an equal interval in the circumferential direction thereof and the rubber chips 93 are positioned and fixed between the support pins 95. When the rubber chips 93 are abraded or deformed, the screws 94 are detached and the rubber chips 93 interposed between the support pins 95, 95 of the rubber receiving plate 91 may be replaced with new ones. The rubber chips 93 can be manufactured inexpensively and the replacement work thereof can be performed easily.
