<p>PURPOSE:To provide a shared rate charge distributing device to residents in a buidling which can allow the total value of respective amounts demanded to all tenants to completely coincide with an amount demanded by a feeding enterprise. CONSTITUTION:Respective tenants in a building use electric equipments E1 to E3, water equipernents W1 to W3, gas equipments G1 to G3, and so on. Th used quantity of electricity E. is measured by a meter ME1. Similarly other equipments are measured by respective meters. Meter values are entered into a building monitoring device 2. When a rate demand is sent from a feeding enterprise, a rate charging system 4 divides the rate amount corresponding to the quantity used in the demanded rate by the total value of respective meters, multiplies the divided value by the measured value of each meter to calculate an amount to be charged to each tenant, subtracts the total amount of respective charged amounts from an amount corresponding to the quantity used out of the rate amount demanded from the feeding enterprise and adds the subtracted value to the amount charged to the tenant having the maximum quantity used to determine amounts charged to all tenants.</p> |
