PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a course changing mechanism for a recording medium in which a small motor can be used without adding an electronic part such as a solenoid, which enables a reduction in the cost and size of an image forming device, and which enables the suppression of the rise of the motor and the atmosphere. SOLUTION: When the motor is rotated normally, a one-way clutch normally rotates a flapper shaft through an friction member until a restraining plate abuts on a stopper in one direction. When the motor is reversely rotated, a biasing member reversely rotates the flapper shaft through the restraining plate until the restraining plate abuts on a stopper in the other direction.
