The dispensing pump has an overflow pipe (2) which can be used to pierce the carton and an outlet pipe (6) which can also be forced into the carton. The pump housing (3) is securely attached to the carton especially to the joint of the carton. The overflow pipe can be adjusted for length and can have a leakage protector. The pump can be operated manually or electrically. The pump housing can have two half shells (5) which can be folded together over the top of the carton.
