PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent fault or resetting caused by high-voltage static electricity using a very simple structure. SOLUTION: A battery pack includes a case 1, a battery 2 contained in the case 1, and a circuit board 3 mounting electronic components which are connected with the battery 2 and are contained in the case 1. The battery pack also has a conductive layer 4 which is connected with the negative side of the battery 2 on the top surface of the case 1. Even when a user charged with the static electricity may get in touch with the battery pack, the battery pack can safely pass the static electricity to the earth and effectively prevents the high-voltage static electricity from being directly charged with wiring traces and electronic components on the circuit board for improvement of the anti-electrostatic performance.
