A digital enhanced cordless telecommunications (DECT) gateway according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a PSTN module connected to a public switched telephone network (PSTN); a DECT module that can communicate with a sensor using a DECT; and a PSTN-DECT interface circuit to which the PSTN module and the DECT module are connected in order to communicate with each other, in response to a switch signal. The DECT module comprises: a DECT transceiver which generates a detection signal, in response to a sensing signal outputted from the sensor; a micro control unit for generating a switch signal in response to the detection signal; and a memory for storing a dialed number, wherein the micro control unit can read the dialed number stored in the memory in response to the detection signal, generate an alarm signal corresponding to the detection signal, and transmit the alarm signal and the dialed number to the PSTN-DECT interface circuit. |
