PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easier to gain a user's intention, which includes turn taking, at a remote conference to be conducted over a network.SOLUTION: A robot control apparatus 2 includes an action control unit 21 that receives a user's intention, which includes at least an utterance desire, consent intention, and interrogation intention that expresses the user's intention, from a remote terminal device 1, calculates a motion score using a first score which indicates a degree of properness of each of motions designated for the received user's intention, a second score which indicates an effect of an action designated based on a success rate of turn taking of each of the motions expressed by the own apparatus, and a third score which indicates a use frequency of each of the motions, and selects a motion associated with the motion score that is the largest one of the motion scores, and a robot expression unit 23 that uses a robot to express the selected motion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
