PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a down-sized defoaming device.SOLUTION: A defoaming device 4 comprises: a chain 11 rotationally circulating in a tank 2; a moving plate 14 connected to the chain 11 and having a water repellent face; and an oscillating plate 15 arranged in an oscillatable manner around a rotation axis which is a shaft connected to the inner wall of the tank 2. The moving plate 14 and the oscillating plate 15 are arranged in such a way that the surfaces thereof come in contact with each other when the moving plate 14 moves in accordance with the drive of the chain 11. As a result, defoaming can be materialized by defoaming caused by the water repellency of the water repellent face of the moving plate 14 and by defoaming caused by the contact between the moving plate 14 and the oscillating plate 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
