<p>PURPOSE:To improve versatility without requiring a complicated process, by a method in which one-sided corrugated cardboard or soft paper with furrows is wound until a properly shaped cylinder is made, adhesive is applied to it and solidified, the cylinder is cut and processed, and an adhesive is applied to the surface of the cut cylinder and set up. CONSTITUTION:Paper cushioning material 2 made of one-sided corrugated cardboard 4 is a solid cylinder obtained by wounding the cardboard 4 round and round, and an adhesive 5 is applied to it and solidified. As a paper plate 3, a plurality of sheets of double-sided corrugated cardboard are used and the paper cushioning material 2 is set up on one side of the paper plate 3 with the adhesive 5. The paper setup cushioning material is made of the one-sided corrugated cardboard 4 and paper plate 3 that are easy to recycle and discard, is used for various purposes and is greatly adaptable.
