Cutting lines of ventilating hole (2,2') are longitudinally formed to install the ventilating holes of the different sizes, to have spacing in the frame body (1). The cutting lines are covered by a ventilation cover sheet (3), is adhesively bonded with or hot-melts in the frame body. The ventilation cover sheet is positioned in the inner part of fixed rope (4). The different sizes of ventilating holes may be formed by user's choice, and the ventilating hole can be opened and closed easily.
