<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compsn. for a nonconductive light shielding layer which is stable over a long period, has excellent light shielding capability and black color degree and is suitable for manufacture of the nonconductive light shielding layer and the nonconductive light shielding layer and color filters manufactured by using the compsn. SOLUTION: This compsn. for the nonconductive light shielding layer consists essentially of an alkaline-soluble binder, a photopolymerizable monomer, additives, a photopolymn. initiator, pigments and a solvent. In such a case, the at least part of the additives have the structure of Rn -M-(OR')m-n (where M is a transition metal compd. element, R is a phenyl group and/or 1 to 5C alkyl group, R' is 1 to 5C alkyl group, (m) is the valence of the transition metal compd. (n) is 1, 2 and 3). The nonconductive light shielding layer and color filters are obtd. by using such compsn.</p> |
