PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel control device of a construction machine capable of preventing erroneous travel operation with simple constitution. SOLUTION: An upper turning body having an operation seat is mouned on a lower traveling body, and traveling motors 30, 31 arranged in the lower traveling body are driven so as to advance or retreat on the basis of operation of travel operation levers 10L, 10R. In that case, a controller 28 is provided to temporarily delay responsiveness of the traveling motors 30, 31 when operating the travel operation levers 10L, 10R.
