The present specification discloses a tilt or tilt-and-telescope steering apparatus for vehicles. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a tilt or tilt-and-telescope steering apparatus for a vehicle is provided to convey the rotational force of a steering member, which comes under the conventional lever force of the driver, to a reduction gear through a decelerating member and to obtain a sufficient force to fix an upper tube or the like even if the rotation force given to the steering member is reduced, by comprising: a rotating axis; a reduction gear; and a decelerating member. |
