PURPOSE: A magnetic recording card is provided to punch a stripe portion of a pre-paid magnetic recording card to prevent illegal copy of the card. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic recording card(200) includes a stripe(20) in which magnetic information and punched information are simultaneously recorded. The stripe is punched to record information in the magnetic recording card. The stripe is divided into three tracks. One of the three tracks records the pre-paid amount of money. When a portion of the pre-paid amount of money is used, the amount paid is subtracted from the pre-paid amount, and the position corresponding to the paid amount is punched while the remaining amount of money is being recorded.
