The invention concerns a discriminating method with location and identification of a situation of biological perturbation. Said method is characterised in that it consists in: subjecting a biological sample to a high-resolution analytical technique and in associating said technique with a validated statistical or classifying processing which takes into account all the vibrations observed, the set of vibrations referencing a specific biological perturbation situation. The invention is in particular applicable to characterisation of the physiological condition particular to a population, location and/or identification of a perturbation of a biological system by a substance with pharmacological activity or by a micro-organism, indirect discrimination of the use of anabolic agents in breeding and/or in sports and/or in the biomedical field and to constitute a repository or a databank.
