PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retail store-supporting system which can shorten the distance between consumers and retail stores by using a network, facilitate the consumers' conveniences, give an incentive to the retail stores by increasing the volume of their sales and increase royalties to the retail stores from manufactures, and also provide an information-providing method therefor. SOLUTION: Even when customers do not know where the retail stores are, ordered items are automatically transmitted to computers on the sides of the retail stores which are geographically close to the customers and have goods in stock from servers of the manufacturers or the like. By this, the sales of such retail stores increase. The customers can conveniently receive maintenance services from the retail stores which are geographically close to them when products fall in defective conditions.
