The invention is related to processing of worn motorcar tyres to produce technical plates that can be used, e.g., in structures of snowplough blades. The invention is related also to a method for manufacture of technical plates from worn tyres and to a respective process line. In accordance with the invention, using the respective equipment included in the proposed process line, a tyre is cut for separation of the sidewall zone from the tread zone, the tread zone is cut into plate-shaped blanks, each blank thereby produced is machined from the side of ends along the long side and at least on the tread side by removing a part of material to produce a blank of the required width and thickness with smooth surfaces; the blanks produced are released from internal stresses and pairs of blanks are glued together by means of adhesive and cured under pressure, after that the blanks glued together pairwise are cooled, and at least a part of their surfaces is processed mechanically to produce a technical plate of the specified length, width and thickness. |
