An infra-red gas analyser for continuously measuring the concn. of gaseous ethylene oxide, comprising rotating plates, filter cells, a comparator cell, a measurement cell and a receiver, is constructed with the rotating plate of LiF, the filter window of CaF2, the filter cell filled with NH3 and the receiver filled with N2O.
